Saturday Visitation
When: Saturday 10 a.m. – 12:30
Where: Atlanta’s housing projects. Volunteers will meet at the Atlanta Dream Center, 412 Linden Avenue NE, Atlanta 30308, before dispersing to the appropriate location.
What: Go door-to-door in the housing projects of Atlanta to share love and hope with children and their families. Weather permitting, the volunteers and kids will gather in a playground or field for games.
Sidewalk Sunday School
When: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday – Friday (March through October)
Where: Atlanta’s housing projects. Volunteers will meet at the Atlanta Dream Center, 412 Linden Avenue NE, Atlanta 30308, before dispersing to the appropriate location.
What: An interactive, mobile after-school program involving games, songs, puppets, object lessons, stories, and prizes.
Street Smarts
When: 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday (October – May)
Where: Atlanta International Church, 635 Angier Avenue, Atlanta 30308
What: A tutoring program designed to provide academic guidance to youths in 1st to 6th grades who are at a high-risk of educational failure.
