For those of you that aren’t as familiar with all of the things that Metro Kidz provides, here are the many different ministries we offer to the children of Atlanta. One of our main ministries is called MK Block Party where we take the gospel to the neighborhoods of the children and show them that God can be where they live and play. Street Smarts, our afterschool tutoring program, is a program that allows us to not only help the children advance academically but also to bring God into everything they learn. Kids Day Out is a great opportunity for volunteers to have a chance to spend one on one time with the children while experiencing a day out on the town. Small Groupsare a chance for the children to dig deeper into the word of God. For those that are interested in Fine Arts we have a program called Dream P30 which allows the children to experience music and dance taught by volunteers who excel in these art forms and have a passion for the children of Atlanta. On Saturdays we spend one on one time with the children and their families during Visitation. Finally we have Sunday school where we bring the children in by bus and van to have a time of worship and teaching. All of these ministries impact our children every week. In order to keep these ministries running smoothly it takes prayer and support from friends like you!
Won by One is a sponsorship program that allows all of these ministries and more to run and remain successful. Won’t you partner with us and change the lives of children all over Atlanta? You can sponsor one child for $35 a month, allowing them the opportunity to engage in these ministries and also provide them with Birthday and Christmas presents.
